My Treatments

Treatments take place in Spitalfields, London or at your home or office in the surrounding areas by prior arrangement. The first consultation takes longer as Miriam will gather information about your health, wellbeing and circumstances in order to create a unique and holistic treatment plan just for you. The effects of reflexology are often cumulative, although some feel the benefits straight away, and therefore the number of treatments you choose to purchase may vary. Standard treatments are 60 minutes, but you have an option to purchase extended 90 minute treatments for ultimate relaxation.
